Job description
This is a varied and hands-on role combining HR Partner responsibilities with delivery of Recruitment & Selection services.
At times, you will be focused on customer deliveries involving psychometric testing, interviewing and assessment centres. At other times, your focus will be on supporting managers across the employee lifecycle. The role requires flexibility and the ability to switch between internal HR work and customer-facing delivery depending on business needs.
Your responsibilities
HR Partner
Support and advise managers on people-related topics across the employee lifecycle
Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, HR system updates and preparing payroll input
Ensure compliance with policies and labour law
Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and ways of working
Support company culture and values across the organisation
Recruitment & Selection (customer deliveries)
Deliver Recruitment & Selection services (e.g. assessments, psychometric testing, assessment centres)
Act as subject matter expert within selection methods and tools
Contribute to the development and improvement of selection methods and services
Work closely with customers and ensure high-quality delivery
Support the use of data and insights to strengthen selection processes
The role includes some travel and collaboration with colleagues at EPN Group locations as well as customer sites.
Your team
You will report to the Group HR Manager and be part of a People & Culture team consisting of two other HR Partners, whereof one is responsible for developing Recruitment & Selection services and you will work tightly together. The team (of 7 in total including you) also consists of an Office Coordinator and two Sourcing Specialists who are working with staffing from our competence pool with contractors.

Your background
We are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys working in a role that shifts between different tasks and priorities. You likely come from a recruitment agency, staffing company, or similar environment where service delivery and customer interaction are key. You take ownership of your work and are a team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Here is where what we also value:
An academic degree in HR, behavioural science, or similar
At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment and selection
Certified in at least one assessment / psychometric tool and with a strong interest in developing your expertise in psychometric testing
Previous experience in a broader HR role is an advantage, especially in HR administration
Experience working in an international environment is an advantage, ideally with exposure to Ireland or Denmark
Strong communication skills in English
