Job description

As Director of Training, you will have full operational responsibility for establishing, leading and developing Entry Point North Asia, including our new training site in Bangkok. You will ensure high‑quality delivery of ATC training and related services in line with Entry Point North standards.

You will lead and motivate a growing team, collaborate closely with customers, partners and colleagues across the EPN Group, and support commercial activities in the region. The role combines operational leadership, people management and hands‑on involvement in training delivery when required.

The position is based in Bangkok and includes travel within Southeast Asia and internationally as required by the business. This is a full‑time, permanent role.

Your team

You will be our first formal employee in Bangkok and will play a central part in establishing the local organisation. Over time, you will build and lead a team of training staff and support functions, as well as a regional pool of Subject Matter Expert consultants.

You will report to the Managing Director, EPN Global and work closely with colleagues in Training, Sales & Marketing, primarily based in Sweden but also across the wider EPN Group.

Your background

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within ATC/ATM or aviation‑related organisations, preferably with an operational ATCO background and/or experience from a training environment

• Fluency in Thai (verbal and written) and strong understand of Thai and Southeast Asian cultures

• Strong business English skills

• Proven leadership and people management experience

• A curiosity and interest in business and commercial development

You are structured, confident in planning and relationship‑oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and make decisions to build sustainable results in a growing organisation.
