Started my carreer in the Belgian Army where my specialisation was taking down aircraft.
I had a blast, but eventually explosions get boring too!
So in probably the most drastic 180° turn of my life I turned towards the ATC world where seemingly people do care for metal birds. Starting out as simulator operator in skeyes and later on working as a dataprep specialist, I eventually became a team leader in the newly erected joint venture called Entry Point North Belgium, mainly supporting ATC training.
I have a sense of belonging here now, I feel that we can all contribute to safer skies by preparing young people for the safeguarding of those traveling our complex european airspace.
