What do you typically do as a Partner Manager?
I sell training and services to our key and strategic partners as well as external customers. The role is a bit like solving a puzzle — listening to customers, understanding their needs and figuring out how we can best support them. It is a dynamic job where I can use my ATCO experience, and I especially enjoy meeting customers on-site, most recently at airspace conferences in Lisbon and Bologna.
What has your journey with Entry Point North been like?
I started my ATCO career almost 25 years ago and have always enjoyed the training environment, which led me to Entry Point North. I first joined as a Consultant through the Competence Pool, then became a Training Specialist, and today I work as a Partner Manager in Sales & Marketing. I’ve had great opportunities to grow within the company.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Not sure it counts a talent, but I have huge interest in the stock market—especially valuing companies. It may sound a bit boring but is very interesting once you dig into it!
