Job description

We are looking for an Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) with a passion for training to join our team as a Training Specialist, focusing on Initial Training as well as Instructor and Assessor Training.

As a Training Specialist, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising training in line with our processes, training philosophy, and quality standards. Most importantly, you will play a key role in supporting and inspiring our students throughout their learning journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Delivering training, coaching, and providing feedback to students in both classroom and simulator environments

• Monitoring and following up on student performance and progression

• Supporting and coordinating simulator instructors in their day-to-day work

• Contributing to training-related initiatives, training materials and tools, and internal projects

The position is based at our training centre in Hyllie, Malmö, where most training activities are conducted. Occasional travel within Sweden may be required to deliver training at customer sites.

Due to an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a full-time, permanent position with a preferred start date as soon as possible.

Your Background

• A background as an Air Traffic Controller with at least three years of operational experience

• A 340 license with an APS rating is required

• Multiple ratings are considered an advantage

• An OJTI and/or Assessor endorsement is preferred

• Experience in training, or coaching, is considered an advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Swedish language skills are considered an advantage

• Common knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
