Learning Designer to Malmö
Join us as a Learning Designer and shape the future of digital training in aviation with creativity, innovation, and impact!
Entry Point North is one of the world’s leading ATS academies. We deliver ATS training and related services at our training centres, at client sites around the globe and online. Our HQ is based in Malmö, Sweden, and we have offices in Madrid, Budapest, Brussels, Shannon, Dublin and Copenhagen.
We are here to empower the people who safeguard our skies, and are currently looking for a Learning Designer to join us at Entry Point North in Malmö: are you our new brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded colleague?
Shape the Future of Digital Learning
“You will play an important role in shaping our digital offering and ensuring that our learners get the best learning experience possible. This is a great opportunity to contribute with your creative design expertise and leave your mark on how we create and deliver training.”
– Nilla Lundin, Business Innovation Director
The Role
As a Learning Designer, you’ll be at the centre of crafting inspiring, high-impact digital learning experiences. You’ll collaborate with Learning Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and colleagues across the organisation to turn ideas into engaging, learner-driven solutions that make a real difference.
In this role, you will:
Design and develop digital training using a range of tools and formats
Continuously improve our learning journeys based on user feedback and emerging trends in the edtech landscape
Create visually compelling assets using AI tools and Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Illustrator and After Effects (or similar) and other design tools for making the best learning journey
Bring fresh ideas and creative energy as we redefine how learning is designed, produced, and experienced
Ensure all materials align with the company’s graphic profile and brand guidelines.
You take responsibility for the team's momentum. You notice when something might go wrong, raise it early, and collaborate to turn it into progress rather than delay. You make sure we move forward together, not in fragments.
We’re in the midst of an exciting transformation — your curiosity, creativity, and forward-thinking mindset will help us shape what comes next.
Your Team
You’ll join a passionate and collaborative team of Designers, a Learning Coordinator, and a Learning Partner, based in Malmö, reporting to the Business Innovation Director.
Our culture is open and supportive — we take pride in our professionalism, creativity, and willingness to help one another. Some days move fast, but we always find time to share ideas, learn from each other, and celebrate our wins together.
We can’t wait to welcome you on board!
About You
You’re someone who combines creativity with clarity — turning complexity into simplicity and ideas into experiences. You’re curious about new technologies and thrive when designing learning that engages, inspires, and empowers people.
We’re looking for someone with:
Post-secondary education in instructional design, graphic design, interaction design, gaming, or a related field
Proven experience in creating engaging, easy-to-understand, and visually appealing design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
(Bonus) Experience with coding, LMS/LXP platforms, and authoring tools
You see both the details and the big picture — understanding that great design is not just about how it looks, but how it helps people learn, grow, and succeed.
Our offer
We offer a professional and international working environment with people from diverse backgrounds who collaborate to achieve results. We are ambitious with our business plans, take pride in our competent people and constantly strive to make people feel engaged, something that shows in our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 51.
We care about our people's well-being and want you to have a nice balance between your work life and other things that matter to you. This is why we have a great deal of flexibility with unregulated working hours and the possibility to work remote (up to two days per week). We have a collective agreement and benefits such as pension scheme, insurances, company healthcare, Edenred lunch card and an annual wellness allowance of 4000 SEK. Our HQ is based in Hyllie in a brand new office building offering excellent commuting possibilities.
