Job description

As Learning Technology Specialist, your main focus will be to advance our global online training delivery through innovative and scalable learning technologies. You will be responsible for bridging technology, pedagogy, and client/learner needs whilst also ensuring high-quality, flexible, and future-oriented training experiences to customers worldwide. Here are some of the responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and management of learning platforms to support global clients
• Design and deliver blended, digital, and innovative learning technologies, in cross functional collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders
• Explore and introduce innovative tools such as AI-driven personalisation, analytics, and simulation technologies
• Support in maintaining the competitive edge through digital excellence, regulatory compliance, and client/learner satisfaction

Your team

You will be part of a team consisting of different expertise such as designers and Subject Matter Experts as well as coordinators for our deliveries. We are a diverse team with several different nationalities and backgrounds. We enjoy working together as a team and have set out on an ambitious journey to continuously develop our  learners experience.

Your background

We are looking for someone with: 

• A degree within a relevant field such as education or technology 

• At least 5 years’ experience in learning technology or similar field, ideally in a client-focused or international training context
• Strong knowledge of learning platforms and online tools
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English

You are curious about new ways of working and thrive when you get to test and try out tech solutions to make things better and smarter. You have proven ability to communicate your expertise to others - whether it is process details or how to plan for future offerings and outcomes. You should be confident making decisions, presenting ideas, and managing projects independently. In short: a tech-savvy learning pro who can innovate, execute, and make impressive digital training experiences for a global audience.
