Job description

As Learning Partner you will support our learners and customers in our Online channel. You will collaborate with Sales to provide expert insights, demonstrate training offerings, and support customer onboarding. Some of your key responsibilities will be: 

• Ensure and develop the best learning journey for our customers and participants

• Analyze the learning journey and advise on improvements and learnings

• Evaluate results and suggest improvements for our customers

• Prioritize and follow up on tasks within the team together with your manager

• Supporting the sales process, understanding customer needs and proactively approaching customer
• Superuser in Microsoft D365 CE and our LMS/LXP

This is a fixed-term contract until August 2026 to cover for a maternity leave. 

Your team

The Online team consists of instructional designers and learning partners who together ensure a great learning journey for our participants. The team works closely together and in iterative processes to create and develop our offerings. The ambitions are high whilst there are also room to try out new ideas and things. Each Friday, the team gets together for "the Hi for the weekend" facilitated by one team member to set the vibe for the weekend.

Your background

We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably from working closely with customers. In addition, here is what will make you succeed in the role:

• digitally savvy in various systems and tools such as Miró, MS Teams etc.
• hands-on experience with LMS/LXP
• service-minded approach
• very good English skills, both verbal and in writing
• a systematic approach and great planning skills

As a person, you have a commercial mindset and understand what is driving value for customers. You are a team player, thrive when you get the opportunity to support others and care about details.
