Yearly meet-up
It is important to nurture our culture, and once a year we gather employees from all sites to meet up in Sweden on a highly appreciated company seminar. The days are filled with sessions on interesting topics and team activities to socialize with old and new faces.

Student success
Empowering the people who safeguard our skies is our purpose. We are proud about our student-centered approach to training and firm believers that training is more than just teaching facts or techniques.

Work life balance
We are ambitious at work whilst making sure to have a good balance where life outside the office is equally important.
And on that note - several of our sites are closed between Christmas and New Years to ensure we are well rested to take on a new year.

Fun initiatives
It is great seeing our employees take initiative to doing something fun together with others. Throughout the years some examples have been a running club for our active employees, a football cup and even a licorice club.

Friday breakfast in Malmö
Last Friday of each month, we catch up on what is currently going on in the company while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Meeting with customers and partners
We really enjoy meeting up with our customers on fairs, on seminars arranged by us or at their premises. And we are proud to support them with the training they need whether it is onsite, online or customized.

One thing that I really like about working here is our global vibe. I have the privilege of collaborating with talented colleagues from so many different nationalities. Well, that and the endless amounts of cake obviously.
