Entry Point North is one of the world’s leading ATS academies. We deliver ATS training and related services at our training centers, at client sites around the globe, in Virtual Classrooms and online. Our HQ is based in Malmö, Sweden, and we have offices in Madrid, Budapest, Brussels, Shannon, Dublin and Copenhagen.

Job description

As Instructional Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create online training. You will collaborate closely with colleagues such as Learning Partner, Subject Matter Experts and other internal departments.
Some other of your responsibilities include:
- Create courses in Articulate 360 or any other authoring tool
- Continuous development and improvements of our learning journey through user experience feedback
- Design and develop assets using Adobe CC apps, mainly Adobe Illustrator and also After Effects and Photoshop
This is a temporary contract to cover a parental leave with start as soon as possible until October 2024.
Your team
You will be part of a team of four Instructional Designer and a Learning Partner, all based in Malmö and will report to the Business Innovation Director. Get to know us through this short video.
We have an open atmosphere in the team and enjoy taking on big and small tasks. We take pride in being professional and support the whole organisation with graphic design. We can be busy at times and support each other where and when needed. And we always have time for a five-minute yoga and a Thursday fika.

Your background
We are looking for someone with:
- Post-secondary education in related fields e.g. instructional design, graphic design, interaction design or similar
- Proven experience in creating design that is easy to understand and visually pleasing, either from school or work
- Experience in Adobe CC apps
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Experience from WordPress, LMS/LXP and/or authoring tools such as Articulate 360 is an advantage.
We think you are a creative and curious person who enjoys finding solutions to problems, especially through technology. Having a flair for simplicity, creativity, as well as knowing how to follow graphic guidelines will make you successful in this role. You can see both the details and the big picture when focusing on the learning experience.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people, as you will need to collaborate closely with your colleagues to progress with your projects and understand our learners and their learning journey. Since you will be involved in different courses and projects simultaneously, you will need to be able to plan and organise your work to make things happen.
