Entry Point North is one of the largest Air Traffic Service academies in the world – we deliver ATS training and services at our sites (in Sweden, Ireland, Hungary, Denmark, Spain and Belgium), at client sites all around the globe and in Virtual Classrooms.

Job description
As Simulator Pilot, you will act as a pseudo pilot to our Air Traffic Controller students in training. Your main responsibility is to operate the simulator with the clearances and instructions given by the ATCOs.
We provide facilities to ATCOs on behalf of our clients and deliver training to practice their skills in a range of different areas such as separation methods, training for new units, practising responses to emergency situation and much more. You will for example:
- Make initial inputs
- Ensure that the aircraft behaves as cleared
- Make radio calls for aircraft
You will work together with other Simulator Pilots, Simulator Specialists and Training Administrator as well as other colleagues.

This is a fixed-term contract with an expected start date September and duration of about 6 months up to 1 year.
The basic starting salary will be €26,000.
Your background
We are looking for someone with:
- Ability to work well in a team environment and naturally adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
- Interest in aviation
- Available to start in September 2022

Employment will be subject to successfully passing Garda Vetting procedures.
